Three European-Designed Indoor Road Courses

GoKart Racer, located in the heart of Burlingame just south of San Francisco, features 70,000 square feet of space, including three European-designed racecourses, three meeting rooms and a game room with a comfortable viewing lounge. The Yokohama track is a high-speed course with sweeping turns, while Monza is more technical and features an elevation change. GoKart Racer’s SuperTrack lives up to its name—at three-eighths of a mile long, this course has more than 20 turns, two chicanes and an elevation change, making it the largest indoor track in the country.

Corporate Events and Meeting Facility

GoKart Racer is home to three meeting rooms for group events large and small. The North and South rooms each have an 80-person capacity, but can be configured for smaller groups. The large meeting room can hold up to 200 people, perfect for large corporate functions in an interactive setting away from the doldrums of the office. All meeting rooms feature projectors and large screens for dynamic presentations and memorable meetings.

GoKart Racer does an excellent job of mixing business with pleasure and has experienced event coordinators who can aide with planning corporate functions of all kinds. Gourmet catering, a podium awards ceremony and race commentators are all available to help make any event as productive and fun as possible. Weekday events are readily available, but weekend functions may require booking weeks in advance.

Team Building and Company Parties

GoKart Racer has specific team building races that are excellent ways for departments and companies to bond over a memorable event. The Endurance Race begins with each driver taking a five-minute warm up to become familiar with the course. After the warm up, the teams, each with a minimum of three drivers, have a chance to discuss strategy for this 50-minute—or longer—race. Each driver must complete at least one lap and the teammates share one kart for the duration, but after that communication, cooperation and driving talent decide the winners in this unique teambuilding event. Teams are also given a whiteboard to communicate with the driver from the pit.

Those who would rather watch can relax in the lounge, which has windows overlooking the entire racecourse. Arcade games, pool tables and televisions in the game room are also great diversions for pre- and post-race mingling. GoKart Racer can also provide casino tables and full, gourmet catering for private parties and corporate events.
