The Santa Clara Valley Historical Association records filmed interviews with world-impacting Silicon Valley individuals. The interview context is to ask the question as though the interview would be taking place 500 years from now. Our fundamental mission is the belief that the current historical period and its technology - that is for the most part developed and commercialized in Silicon Valley - parallels the Renaissance period over 500 years ago. We only know the accomplishments of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo from what they have left behind. Therefore, our purpose is to record the motivations and personal histories of today's Renaissance individuals while we still can.
