Tiny Tofoo Com Chay turns tofu and wheat gluten into a variety of “meat” dishes like “chicken” drumsticks, teriyaki tofu and pineapple “tuna.” The downtown Vietnamese restaurant has just a few tables and attracts vegetarians and carnivores alike. It’s mainly a takeout place but friendly owner Ben Banj will make you feel comfortable if you find an empty table.
